Non-Refundable Items
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Products returned without prior approval

Replacements
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, and we verify the issue, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional charge.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. You will be notified by email once your refund is processed.

Return Shipping
If we request the return of a product before issuing a refund, we will provide instructions and cover the return shipping costs only in the case of our error (wrong or damaged items).
